Who we are
The Canada Lee Heritage Foundation Inc., is a U.S. 501c3 public non-profit corporation, established in 2007 to further the work and ideals of Canada Lee and his widow, Frances Lee Pearson. Our website is: https://canadalee.org. For more information, see the About page.
Personal data we collect and why
If you send us a message via our contact form, your information is not saved on the website and it will only be used to respond to your inquiry. The only time anything more will be done with your information is if we receive direct permission from you during any subsequent communications with you.
If you are so kind as to make a donation, none of your personal or financial information is stored on this site. The Canada Lee Heritage Foundation uses PayPal for processing contributions and the donate button directs you to the PayPal website for completing your transaction.
It is our preference to not leave any cookies with your browser, especially not to track you. However, we have implemented popups, for example the contact form. If an automatic popup is employed, an anonymous cookie may be used to prevent you from seeing the same popup repetitively. The popup system also anonymously tracks popup views and actions.
In addition, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3, which analyzes your activity on the site to determine if you are human so there may be a CanadaLee.org/Google specific cookie related to that activity.
